Biography
In 2015, he was junior gold medallist at the World and European Championships in the single, later moving on to the quad scull in the top category, winning the title of European (2018, 2021) and World Champion (2018). If he hadn’t got into rowing, he would have liked to become a rugby player, but his father showed him the way by inviting him to row at the Bissolati club in Cremona. Then, when it was clear that he had talent and his passion was only increasing, he decided to enter the Piediluco college, giving him the opportunity to study whilst also training in a group led by Agostino Abbagnale, his role model in the sport.
