Biography
Along with Samuele Burgo, he was the surprising young competitor in the 2019 World Championships. They fought to the last few metres for a medal but came home with the Olympic qualification. Luca - 23 years old, born in the province of Padua - was junior world champion in 2015 and is now conquering the world summits of his discipline. He dreamt of the Olympics with all his might, conscious of the giant leaps he had taken in recent years as well as those that he will still need to take in order to achieve the successes he aspires to, but he has everything it takes to give something important to his sport.
