Biography

Five years ago, he was selected for Rio, and it was a gamble that ended up paying off for Italian windsurfing. In Brazilian waters, at just 20 years old, he took part in the Medal Race, embellishing his score with a partial victory. A windsurfer from a very young age - being just six the first time he went out - he obtained his first win at the Mediterranean Games in Tarragona 2018 after a series of successes in the youth classes. He was the first Italian windsurfer to become continental champion, and after taking sixth place at the world championships in Aarhus 2018, he qualified the Italian RS:X for Tokyo before winning the 2019 World Cup finals in the waters of Marseille and the silver medal at the 2021 World Championships in in Cádiz.
