Biography
Two Olympic medals, one gold and one silver, eight years apart (2008-2016). Whilst busy with motherhood, she missed the London Games and five European titles. The Italian shooter, at 43, is ready to take up the rifle for her fifth Olympics. A Graduate in Communication Sciences and journalist, she left her job in an agency in Milan, returned to Udine, and has never stopped shooting. With her friend-rival Diana Bacosi, in Rio she wrote a page of history by getting the first Italian double-shot with five circles.
