Biography

Water is the natural element that has always excited him. He started swimming at an incredibly young age and soon was known as 'Razzo’, rocket in Italian, an almost obligatory nickname that describes his propensity to make his mark in the pool. He made it to the national team in 2015, and medley swimming helped him express his power in the best way. In the summer of 2020, at the Settecolli, he wiped out the Italian record Alessio Boggiatto set in 2009. It was a calling card that allowed him to gain a pass for his first participation in the Olympic Games, improving his national record at the Absolute Championships in Riccione in April. He studies engineering and has a boundless passion for motorbikes, Ducati: Valentino Rossi is his undisputed idol.
