Biography
Originally from Bressanone, Steinhauser has been living in Montesilvano (Pescara) for eight years together with her partner and coach, Simone Mantolini. From her mother, she inherited her passion for running and athletics. She was then advised to practice swimming to correct a back problem and, for fun, at the age of 10, she got into the Triathlon. In the future, she hopes to build a family and to transfer her love for this sport onto children. However, in the meantime, she's crowning her secret dream in Tokyo: participating in the Olympic Games. In her spare time she loves to be with her loved ones, to read and to eat pizza. As she admires women making their way alone, she makes her own way to Japan.
