Biography

She started playing softball in the States at the age of four. She grew up in a sporting family. Her cousin Lauren Lappin won a silver in softball in Beijing 2008 with the USA, while her sister Ashley was a national athlete. In America, she tried all the school sports, from High School right up to defending the colours of Concordia University Irvine, before playing for two seasons in the NPF, the American professional league. Since 2018, the year in which she became eligible for the Italian national team, she has worn the shirt of Bollate, who have profited from her great versatility. The thirty-year-old Californian can indeed cover a wide variety of roles, playing, if necessary, even as a catcher, and with her experience will be one of the most interesting profiles of the Italian representation in Tokyo.
