Biography
Named the best libero in Italy at the 2014 World Championships and at the 2018 World Championships in Japan, “Moki” is the cornerstone of the Italian defence. An absolute excellence in her position and source of certitude for her teammates. Her volleyball career began in Sorrento, her native city and she debuted in Serie A1 at just 15 years of age. She is married to trainer Daniele Santarelli, who also doubles as his coach at Conegliano, where she has been playing since 2013. After competing in two editions of the Olympic Games, she is going to Tokyo aiming for a medal.
