Biography

An ever-smiling wild character, she is fondly called the “Princess". She discovered volleyball through her brother Gaetano, a point of reference in her life. She started off in Naples, before being picked by Club Italia. She won all there was to win with Novara: an Italian Championship, three Coppa Italia, one Supercoppa Italiana and one Champions League trophy. Since 2013, she has been with the Italian National Team with which she participated at the 2016 Rio Games and with which she won the 2018 World Championship silver medal. She is a Sports Sciences student at the Catholic University in Milan and loves cooking in her free time: she finds pizza irresistible.
